Bible Reading Notes

As we have been studying through the book of Acts recently, we have produced some daily Bible reading notes. These notes help us to understand the Bible and apply it to our lives better. We hope that they might be useful to people in all kinds of places as well as in Belper.

All notes are in PDF format. Your computer will mostly likely be able to open them without you needing to do anything first. If you cannot view the leaflets, you may need to download the free Acrobat Reader from http://www.adobe.co.uk/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.

"Acts Of The Apostles" Series

This New Testament book is a unique record. It tells us "how we got from there to here" - how the message about Jesus Christ travelled from Jerusalem to the ends of the earth. Each set of notes contains one week's worth of readings. If you wish to print them out, then note that they are designed to be printed as an A5 brochure with 8 pages - printed double-sided onto 2 sheets of A4 paper. You might need to experiment a bit with your printer settings if you want to reproduce the format precisely! (From week 8 onwards, the notes are provided instead as a landscape A4 for easier printing).

"Acts Of The Apostles" Second Series

Each set of notes contains one week's worth of readings. This series takes a very different approach to the series above, and is designed for reading straight through either personally or aloud in a group. These notes are provided as an A4 landscape for printing as a 16-page A5 booklet - you will need to print out half the pages and then turn them over for the other half if you wish to reproduce this layout.
